Welcome to Gardening Waterloo. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services Provided
Gardening Waterloo offers a range of landscaping and gardening services, including but not limited to lawn maintenance, garden design, planting, irrigation systems, and pest control. These services are detailed in our service agreement.
2. Service Fees and Payment
Our fees are structured based on the specific services requested. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers.
2.1 Additional Costs
- Materials and supplies
- Specialized equipment usage
- Emergency service fees
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in cancellation fees.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring that the work area is safe and free from hazards. Any pre-existing conditions or special requirements should be communicated prior to service commencement.
4.1 Property Access
Gardening Waterloo reserves the right to refuse services if property access is deemed unsafe.
5. Liability and Insurance
We maintain liability insurance to cover any damages caused by our services. However, clients are responsible for securing valuable or fragile items during the service period.
6. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. Any disputes arising from our services will be handled in accordance with Ontario legislation.
8. Amendments to Terms
Gardening Waterloo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
9. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during service provision is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
